RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — IVIRA BEAUTY

We want every IVIRA product to exceed your expectations. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURNS
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. For hygiene reasons, beauty tools that have been used cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at smoothoperator1015@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us at smoothoperator1015@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene standards, used beauty and skincare tools cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
