We ship across South Africa. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our local South African supplier, ensuring fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote and outlying areas may take slightly longer. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R750.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

Public holidays
Orders placed on or around public holidays may experience slight delays. We will communicate any expected delays via email.

Incorrect addresses
